Delete your KFR Lodge account
In the app
- Open KFR Lodge and sign in with your phone number.
- Tap Account, then Delete account, and confirm.
If an order is still in progress, the app asks you to wait until it is done.
Without the app
Call Kampala Forest Resort on +256 740 019 799 from the number you signed up with and ask us to delete your KFR Lodge account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by SMS.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in, so the number can no longer open your account.
- Your name, saved delivery area and address (with its map pin, if you added one), and your notification settings.
- Your name, phone number, address, map pin and notes on past orders, including the delivery records our delivery service (Clutch Technologies) kept for SafeBoda deliveries.
What is kept
The orders and mobile money payments themselves — dishes, amounts, dates, and the paying mobile money number on payment records — as Ugandan tax and accounting law requires, without your name or address.
If a SafeBoda rider delivered an order, SafeBoda keeps its own record of that trip under its own privacy policy; ask SafeBoda to delete it.
