Ordering

• Browse the menu without an account. When you place an order we text a 6-digit code to confirm your number.
• Choose Delivery, Pickup or Table. For delivery, pick your area — the delivery fee and time depend on it.
• Outside kitchen hours you can still browse; ordering opens again at opening time.

Paying

• MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money: we send a prompt to your phone; approve it with your PIN and the order goes straight to the kitchen. Mobile money adds a 3% fee, shown before you pay.
• No prompt? Check the number in the app, keep your phone unlocked, then tap I’ve approved it. If it didn’t go through, try again, use another number, or pay cash instead — your order waits.
• Cash on delivery, at the counter or at your table — no fee.

Following your order

The Orders tab shows each step — in the kitchen, ready, on the way with your rider’s name and number, delivered. Allow notifications to hear about each step without opening the app.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel in the app until the kitchen starts your order, if it hasn’t been paid. For a paid order, or if the kitchen can’t take your order, call us — Kampala Forest Resort refunds mobile money payments for orders it couldn’t serve.

Your account

To delete your account, open Account → Delete account in the app. More about deleting your account.
